Dr. Tulika Bhardwaj

Dr. Tulika Bhardwaj is working as Consultant- Bioinformatics Scientist with Rapture Biotech NOIDA - Head Office. She is a dedicated bioinformatics scientist with more than 8 years of experience in genomic data analysis, systems biology, metagenomics, drug repurposing, and domain-specific application development. She has completed her Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi, and has several years of postdoctoral experience at the University of Eastern Finland, Kuopio (Finland), and University of Alberta, Canada. Highly proficient in designing and developing custom data analytic pipelines consisting of preprocessing, clustering, hypothesis testing, and performance metric modules. This can be clearly reflected in her 20 published research publications and book chapters in peer reputed journals. She independently managed several projects involving collaboration with Client/R&D internal cross-functional teams during her industrial experience of working as a Research Scientist for one year at Syngene International Limited, Bengaluru, India. Besides her research, she has an experience of teaching undergraduate students for 1.5 years at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida. Successfully delivered several guest talks and lectures to Biotechnology students across Pan India.
