About Me
Dr. Mathur is presently working as Director (Techno-commercial) & Head (Environment Division in Rapture Biotech. He is Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Jiwaji University,Gwalior (M.P) and is associated with Research associations namely IESKI Food Association, Austria; European Federation of Biotechnology, Europe. He is also acting as the Reviewer and Member in Editorial Board of different international & national journals. During his research tenure he had isolated 2 novel molecules for antimicrobial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. He has total of 12 years of research experience. He had more than 75 Research publications in International/National/Referred Journals to his credit. He had recently filed 04 patents on self made technologies in his industrial research career. He had 2 books published from Germany and India. He had presented his research papers in the form of Oral and posters in about 28 National & International Conferences. His scientific work emphasizes the importance of cellulase, pectinase and chitinases in industries. His area of expertise involves isolation and characterization of novel molecules; isolation and characterization of microbes for industrial and human-beneficial purposes; production and application of the metabolites of microbes for the human benefits.
During his journey of achievements, he was awarded by prestigious awards and recognition. His most prestigious awards are, Young Scientist Award for Outstanding contribution in the field of Biochemistry by Society for Science & Nature at Indian Institute of Sugarcane Research (IISR), Lucknow (UP) on 24th Dec., 2017; Young Scientist Award for Outstanding Contribution and Recognition in the Field of Biological Sciences by Mewar University, Chittorgarh in year, 2013. He was invited as International Speaker for Invited Talk in 2nd International Conference & Exhibition on Food Processing and Technology organized by OMICS at Kansas City, USA in year, 2013. He was awarded by Young Scientist Award by SARC for Effective Communication in Science and Technology at Mewar Institute, Ghaziabad (U.P) in year, 2012. He was awarded by Young Scientist Award in National Conference on “Emerging Trends in Medical Biotechnology & Nanotechnology at Arni University in year 2011. He was awarded by Young Scientist Award- in VI Uttarakhand State Science & Technology Congress held at SSJ Campus, Almora (U.K), India in year, 2011. He Organized International & National Conferences in year 2013 and 2012 respectively. He had supervised more than 30 students for Dissertation/Project work. Presently he is supervising 06 students for Ph.D. as Supervisor and 01 student as Co-supervisor.
